    Just got my shipping confirmation for the vinyl tonight. It's coming from Oceanside so hopefully I'll have it in LA on Monday.

    I so want to go to this show at rfk, seeing Gary Clark added would make this that much sweeter. But the fucken heat and that a huge place. Still iffy!

    I'm in for RFK. Ticket purchased. My buddy lives like a 10 minute walk from there, so if I need to break in the heat of the afternoon, it's a good option.

    I really enjoyed the Nashville episode (the whole series, in general) and liked Zac Brown's story, especially about the band that was going to use his song as a single after they said they wouldn't. It reminded me of Tom Petty's story during the making of Damn the Torpedoes, when he was in a fight against the record label. It gave me an appreciation for what country music really is and not what it is being labeled as today. I think Tony Brown summed up today's "country" music today perfectly: tempo, party, and girls, I believe, were the three he said.

    I still have to watch Austin but Dave has done a great job so far with this series.

    I like a little slice each week.Its been a fun way to really absorb this album.Ithink years from now this will be the Foos swan song album like Back in Black,Dirt,Ten,Or Nevermind was.

    I agree. He has done a great job. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. I really did not know anything about Zac Brown before that episode. He seems like a decent guy. HBO better put this out on DVD or iTunes.

    There was a critique of the show in today's Sunday Times. The guy who wrote it sounds like jackhole. I think he likes the show but hates that he likes the show so it comes off as condescending.
