I hope they make a stop in Hartford this time. If not, I may have to go to Boston or NYC for a Foo show. Maybe Pearl Jam can convince Dave how awesome Hartford treats PJ whenever they come here?

Great setlist for such a small club!

On a side note, I saw a posted pic with the Foo's holding a different baseball Jersey. Wasn't able to see what team, but I was thinking Nationals (due to D.C). More ballpark shows this summer?

Do the Foo's typically have ticket pre sales? Fan club?

They do have presales, but you just have to sign up for the email alert. The password is usually readily available, so usually the amount of people trying for tickets is high. Seats aren't as choice as Pearl Jam either.

Going through other bands presales make you appreciate the tenclub even more. The lottery is actually nice compared to the wrigley sale last friday

The flip side of this is The FF play lots of shows and many in unique small intimate locations.PJ has got away from this.

Absolutely. I completely agree with you on that point. Secondary market prices are usually more reasonable too with larger tours (if you need to go that route).

Man, just went to watch the recorded 60 minutes and the NFL game ran over and I ended up missing the FOO's segment because the recording stopped. I really wish these DVR's would adjust the recording schedules if other programs run over.

This last episode was sick. I've been following the bad brains since I was in 8th grade. It was fucken unreal to see the bad brains get the recognition they so deserve. Just seeing all these people praising them was cool shit. To see the list of bands that were influenced by the bad brains (yes, even pj) was awesome. It saddens me to think that the days of seeing this band perform live are coming to an end. Thankfully I've gotten to see them so many times as I grew up in so cal and in NYC. Nothing will ever beat July 4th 1995 whiskey, the deftones opened up for them. It was the last show I got to see before I moved to jersey. The next day I was off to jersey. If by chance you get to see these guys, jump all over it. You lucky fuckers in chile (?) got to see them with pearl jam. Even Ed thanked them at the end of their set. Awesome show to include DC and the bad brains. Thanks for doing this episode.
