The band is definitely in a weird place right now.  The firing of Josh is strange….

Looks like they’ve only got a couple of months to get the drummer situation resolved

Is there any chance he was simply booted because Dave wants to pick up heavy touring without restrictions again?

Isnt Josh the drummer for A Perfect Circle?  They have shows scheduled during the time that Foos just announced SE Asia.  Maybe it is just a scheduling conflict thing??

Maybe, but I would also think that would be an easy enough conversation for two adults to have.

Yeah those words definitely seem to have Maynard's style about them let alone humour. Lovely gesture.

Bit muddy like Concrete and Gold. Appreciate the 70s vibe they tried to bring there but didn't care for that sound at all-same thing here and the song itself isn't good enough to pull itself out of that rut for mine.

Given the Foos' recent publicity has been about negative stuff it'll be interesting to see if it affects any mindsets in terms of being responsive to new material. Especially given they're 11 albums in.

also agree. Not bad, but doesn't really do anything for me.

Also a Happy 30th to their self-titled debut album!
