Called the local beer and wine shop down in the Portland Oregon area and he didn't think they would make it past the Rocky Mountains. I'm sort of in a panic trying to figure out how to get my hands on a few of these! :(1996: Seattle, WA.

Talked to someone at the liquor store in Paducah, KY last night. This guy (who was not the beer guy though) said they have had trouble keeping a lot of the Dogfish Head beers in stock due to demand. He left a note for the beer guy to check on the Faithfull Ale. He is supposed to call me.
Edit: I did not make that very clear. They have had trouble buying enough from the distributor because demand is more than supply. It's not just supply & demand at this store. The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way it treats its animals. Ghandi0 -

I believe they stopped selling it in Canada because they couldn't keep up with demand in the us. confirmed that they won't be selling in Canada and that they will only be sold through existing us wholesale partners0 -
Are you kidding me?
They pulled out of distribting in Wisconsin. I used to make runs over the border from MN to stockpile.
Damn it!0 -
So bummed to see that its going to be a Belgian beer, my least favorite member of the beer family. A nice double IPA or something of that nature would have been perfect. I guess I could always pour some Pliny the Elder into an empty Faithfull Ale bottle and pretend. Still looking forward to tasting it because Dogfish head is always quality.0

Next step ... having Marq Spusta do a print for this, much like he did for HELLHOUND
http://www.marqspusta.com/products/robe ... ale-print/
Already sent him a note.
If you haven't seen his "Brew Goddess" poster series for the DFH seasonals ... you're missing out, they are gorgeous.
