Yah I get that. I guess it's more of a lifestyle move than a winning move. But whatever.

yah ... trust me ... the "big 3" wouldn't have gotten together in <insert small market town> just to win ... these guys care just as much about stuff outside of basketball ... endorsements, nightlife, etc ...

It really is. I don't know if it really says much about the Lakers as much as it says about the Cavs. :?

I didn't expect Cleveland to take this much of a nose dive.

I didn't see all of the box score, but I did see that Kobe and Pau only had 13 pts each. Who the hell was doing all the scoring then?

Jack Nicholson finally got some minutes, and put up 8 pts, 2 boards and 1 block.

His show was an awful decision but dude gets a lot of flack in general. If I were 26 and had that money and fame, I sure as hell would make a few horrible decisions along the way.

frig ... amare got an ovation on his first trip back to phoenix ... mats sundin was near tears on the ovation he got in toronto ... athletes come and go - fans understand that for the most part ... there's such a thing as class ... and lebron doesn't have any ... the guy actually tweeted it was karma for why the cavs got smoked last nite in LA ...

i think most people can overlook a few mistakes. but Lebron is more than just mistakes. he's the most self centered sport figure since AI?????

look on the flip side, and you will see D. Rose. he's made a couple of mistakes (SAT's & gang signs while at memphis), but people generally look past those two mistakes and chear for the kid because he is so humble and works so hard to get better. did somebody say practice.

    Whatever, homer.

I don't think DRose has the 'publicity' gene. Stays quiet for the most part and shows class.
(what did I miss about gang signs? did he flash em during a college game?)
Lebron on the other hand, goes out of his way to do stupid shit. Except he doesn't realize how stupid it is.

It looks hazy in that room...he looks high as all hell, and his shirt has what looks to be some marijuana leaves on it.

why the cuss do we look up to athletes as role models anyways!? ... that's the main problem ... guys who have huge entourages blowing smoke up their ass ... of course they are gonna be conceited and do stupid things ... why should we expect differently? ... obviously, not all athletes are like this but the truth is we shouldn't be looking at these guys to be role models of society ...

Interesting..Golden State up 53-45 at the half against the Lake show. The Cavaliers they are not.. And the Warriors havent won in Oakland against the Lake Show since I saw them play there on 12/14/07 when baron davis drained a three for the go ahead with 17 seconds left..If you look close you can see me a few rows behind the Laker bench, I'm the one not In Hiding..

We'll see how the second half goes...
    ...10/31/09, 05/21/10, Peru, Los Angeles
