    Dear USPS,

    On (last)Tuesday, I put in a request to have my mail held from the 18th to the 22nd.

    Your site requires a minimum 24 hour notice-I believe that I fall into that 24 hour minimum.

    I was expecting a package over the weekend-I didn't get it.

    I checked the tracking number, it said that a notice was left for me. Why would you leave a notice on my door that you have a package for me WHEN I HAVE MY MAIL ON HOLD?!?!?

    I asked to have all of my accumulated mail delivered on Monday the 22nd. Usually, accumulated mail has a rubber band around it and the hold notice around it so I know that you held my mail. I didn't get a stack of rubber banded mail.

    I went to the post office in person to retrieve my package...and they couldn't find it. they even checked your sorting cart, and couldn't find it.

    Thanks SO MUCH for losing my package, and NOT holding my mail.

    Dear USPS,

    Looks like you also managed to lose ANOTHER package that I was expecting...since you left a notice on the 18th as well...if I didn't care about my mail or getting my house broken into, then I wouldn't have put my mail on hold. :fp:

    You must be new or something...do you even understand the concept of 'Hold Mail'?
