they also run the ball pretty well.

WI should be solid. just about everyone is picking them to be in the big 10 title game....not it means much with the division they are playing in

I like the way wisconsin runs their program. They are one of the few teams in that conf that I respect.

I will miss betting on russell wilson. Loved him at NC ST and wiscy last year.

I'm so pumped up for thursday night. towson vs kent st  ...time to defend the CAA title!!

I like Wiscy as well and obviously they'll play in the champ game. Texas went after their OC and OL coach two years ago and everyone down here was hoping it would work out.

Not sure the sugar win over arky should count but whatever.

I'm not saying this will happen, but don't be shocked if IL or Purdue wins that division.

Purdue just needs a super scandal to hit Wisconsin and they are almost in the title game be default this year.

I think Purdue is going to play a two-QB set again this year with Marve and Caleb TerBush.

Purdue's biggest overall weakness is that player's knees tend to explode at random. I believe the expansion of Mackey Arena was built on ancient Indian burial grounds.

I have avoided Penn State talk for obvious reasons but the Times has an article today on O'Brien that is pretty fantastic. I was obviously skeptical of the hiring at first, but he has done an outstanding job so far, before a game has even been played.

They are obviously going to be pretty terrible for a while, although they do have the potential for a decent win total this year, given the schedule but he has handled a brutal situation pretty damn well.

I think ohio is gonna smack them in week one.

typical PSU schedule....mostly home games and a weak out of conf schedule. I know they played bama the last two years, but other than that they rarely play anyone decent out of conf

not too far fetched to say they could be 6-0 going into the iowa game.

I honestly have no idea what to expect Saturday. Not sure anyone can really predict it. I hear some players look good, but what the hell does that mean/.

I'm fine with that right now. Racking up some wins will make recruiting slightly easier in PA. Going to have to concentrate in state for a while, I'd imagine.

He transferred this summer, not last year. Its the same situation as Russell Wilson, which is why he can play right away this year, and he actually has 2 years of eligibility so this could work out real well. He just needs to manage games and not turn the ball over like Scott Tolzien and we will be fine. Ball for Heisman!!

Not our fault you cheated and PSU is a cover up factory. Play by the rules!! We also won the conference the last two years when you were post season eligible.

Not only will they rotate the QB's, with TerBush, starting, I imagine the third, Rob Henry, will also get significant time. He also was a starter, but was out all of last year with (naturally) and ACL blow. I like Marve's arm, but they always put him in when Purdue was in a pinch and he had no qualms about taking risks. Terbush on the other hand is low risk. Henry can run really well, and hopefully is more accurate. They've stockpiled QB recruits, so I imagine this theme will continue. The coach and the OC like to change things up and keep the defense on their toes. This is naturally frustrating for fans, because everyone (except the Purdue coaches) thinks that rotating QB's doesn't work. Of course I'm hoping they'll be legends champs, but being a Boiler, I'm bracing for the typical loss of the big game, and one or two other losses due to boneheaded coaching calls.

this plan sounds as promising as the stimulus package :D

mavre should play. not like they have a leak/tebow combo here...play your best guy

then again, it's te big 10. so they could win 7-9 games regardless

    2 more nights...

TerBush is the best guy. But they are pretty close. TerBush is more traditional. Marve brings in the excitement.

Purdue runs some funky sets. I've seen three QBs on the field at once in a spread set.

We always have some classic T shirts. Back in college, I remember...

-The Michigan sucks shirt with a picture of Brutus getting head from a fat Michigan cheerleader

-The shirt that said.. "Michigan sucks, Penn State swallows"

    - My favorite was the more subtle take on the Make 7 Up Yours shirt (Front: Hey Michigan, Back: Up Yours)

College Football returns tonight! Can't wait!

    South Carolina vs Vandy

Who has who? I always like to see Spurrier lose, even though I do not see it happening. Vandy sometimes surprises you though.
