Team choked away opportunities to be in playoff picture, squarely.  Team is clearly not good enough, but if they had better coaching and QB play down the stretch they could be a 2 loss Team, easily.
    Instead, they are trash.
What do trash teams have to look forward to?
Ass ripping rivals to block them from glory when the season is garbage.

Today is the chance to do that.

Do I think USC beats ND?  No.  But they could.  That is enough to make it interesting.
Since SC lead every game in 4th qtr and only lost by single digits I expect ND to win by 40.

Almost everyone I know who is a fan did not go to the school.

I don't know how I feel about them.  Do you like pro better?  The college ones are cool before they go to the two point deal.  Was there an epidemic of long games or something?

Nope, didn't go to the school. Just grew up and live 30 minutes away. I am way too poor, unintelligent and not Catholic to attend ND. 🤣

I certainly don't think it will be a cake walk. I get what you're saying about playing to ruin your rivals season and I agree, it could very well happen today.

that could happen as well in columbus ohio, but I doubt it.

I was shocked to learn my ohio bobcats haven’t won the MAC since 1968. they’ve lost the championship ship game like five times in the past 10 years.

I hate going to the two point deal.  there was no reason to change it after 2 rounds.  also dumb giving them a timeout each round and switching ends. why do they need a timeout for 1 play?

i don't like the NFL limited it to 10 minutes and if 1st team scores a TD it's over.

This is a decent argument against 12 teams.
OSU loses to a very poor UM team.
    Won't make conference championship game
    2 losses
    Will go to playoff.

We’re officially in an era that Buckeyes would call “Late Cooper”, right around 1999 when we got tired of having superior teams underperform against Michigan because the coach isn’t from Ohio.

I could see Vrabel. I hadn’t thought of him. Otherwise, I wouldn’t like the idea of going after a “big time” coach. see: lincoln riley, jimbo fisher, brian kelly, etc.

Those 2 pick 6s in a row were some of the worst gag jobs I've ever seen by a QB.  He made some really good plays and had them on the brink of tying....and then.....inexplicable bed shitting.

I think there’s less than a 50% they win the NC so that’s the number to me.

You have to beat Michigan. Just my humble opinion.

We'll see how it all shakes out.assuming Oregon and Texas take care of business, who knows how/where Penn State and Georgia end up. Then, if Clemson beats SMU, does SMU stay in or drop all the way out?

They reminded me of the Buckeyes, having superior talent, but executing poorly and allowing an inferior group, with their backup, beat them.  Was not a good performance by Texas.
