Defensive plan looks good, so far, by ND.
Coach needs to change the offensive play calling up a bit.

Haha.  It is opposite night.  D looks strong and O looks awful, thus far.

  • Riley getting outclassed by the D C for ND.
Had halftime for adjustments and it doesn't look like there were any made.

    Butt kicking.
Joke play calling by supposed genius Linc.  Relying on your QB to be Superman isn't a play calling strategy to go with.

Props to ND for just sticking with their plan.  It worked.

Feel badly for Williams.  He sucked in the first half.  Gave the game away.  But, he can't be expected to be ridiculous every snap.  Need the team to carry him when he has his first shit game in 2 years.

  • Watched some of the USC-ND game last night and Collinsworth's son (nepotism much???) and Jason Garrett might be the worst announcing team I've ever heard in my life.  That felt like a couple of students announcing their high school football team.  Just awful. And ND winning made it even worse!

Ha.  The commercials and announcers were so fucking awful.  NBC and ND should have no way to broadcast that shit.
Usc playing a horrid game didn't help

  • ND broadcasts have been historically terrible. Mostly due to the unnecessarily long and far too frequent commercial breaks.

I enjoyed having Mike Tirico calling games for a season or two. But then Gruden had to Gruden and they moved Tirico to Sunday nights. Jac Collinsworth isn't good. Surely the nepotism plays into it though it's under the guise of he is a ND alum. Jason Garrett is brutal to listen to. Worse than my high school government teacher.

  • Caleb Williams looked like he might be done playing for the season. Not wanting to risk injury for a now meaningless season. As Utah got the ball on the last drive, he sat on the bench like his smug self. Not cheering on his team at all. None. Then as time expired, he sat on the bench pouting for quite some time. Excessively long. I couldn't help but wonder if he was soaking in the final moments of his CFB playing career.

I don’t know if you can dominate a game and need to be “lucky” to win, but Utah got some luck….if SC’s first 2 pt. attempt is good, they kick the PAT on their last TD to go up four….if they take 2 PAT’s, the game probably goes to OT….if Caleb steps out at the one, they can run the clock nearly down to zeros, before scoring…in any of those scenarios, Utah probably loses.

Utah nearly gave up 75 yards and a TD to Baylor in the last 19 seconds….they threw a terrible pick 6 and gave up a ridiculous punt return to let USC back in this game….I hope they’re learning from their mistakes. At the end of the day (night) though, the better team won and justice was served.

edit: maybe SC can’t “run the clock to zeros” if Caleb stops at the one, but it would have forced Utah to burn a TO or two.

So tired of Harbaugh acting like they have this high integrity program,  but now we are learning the truth.  He's a cheater.  His DC is a cheater.  This assistant scouted just about every opponent in advance and has Ohio State's have signals on a card,  on the sidelines during the game. He also attended a gameof every potential CFP team with the exception of one team (that is known right now). Of course the one he missed was TCU who scored like crazy on them.  Hmmm

I think Jim Harbaugh is pretty much universally hated, outside of Ann Arbor.

    100.
I even went to that miserable Super Bowl when it was him against his brother.  (Almost equally smug and insufferable guy)
Gave me even more reason to hate him.
