Much deserved fine. Like you said earlier in this thread, he was like a hockey player launching himself off his skates into him. Bullshit. And we lost our best OL for the year.

i really thought all state would be nicer....bit dumpy
A bit??? That place is a complete dump. I'm assuming getting in/out of there was a nightmare?? Whenever that place is full for an event, the concourse and parking lot are a huge mess.

i didn't care for having to walk away the way to the top of the venue and then halfway back down to get to my seat...but at the same time, that lets them put in more seats....so i'm ok with that. just wished they had more beer vendors on the upper level...and an those fancy moving stairs.
i parked on manheim across the street from the venue at a banquit hall (i think that's what it was). wasn't too bad getting out of there. not as easy as when i park at the UC and shoot out in no time, but still, not unbearable...but i wasn't in a rush to get out.

Were you ever there when it was the Rosemont Horizon? It's like the Taj Mahal now compared to how it was then.
But for all the improvements they made to the building, they didn't do a damn thing to ease the parking lot situation.
It's pretty amazing that Urlacher was fined $15,750 for a horse collar tackle on Peterson and Allen was fined $21,000 for his hit on Louis.
So the difference between getting your hand caught in a jersey and a dirty hit that knocked out a guy for a season is about $5000 according to the NFL.

last night was my deflowering
just seems like it should be nicer when looking at it from the outside.
just looking and see that it opened in 1980. that explains alot. didn't realize it was that old

Oh man it was so awful when it was the Rosemont Horizon back in the day. I'm pretty sure there were only bathrooms on the 2nd floor or something ridiculous like that.
It does look nice from the outside now. Try to google some pics of what it used to look like...it was bad.
The only time I really go there now is for the 2-3 DePaul b-ball games that I make myself suffer through every year so the parking lot situation isn't bad then since there are about 3-4K people in there.

Like a lot of things the NFL does these days, that makes zero sense.

Cutler was also fined 10K for flipping the ball, and weems 7875 for a late hit.
Fucking pathetic. Completely outplayed and out-coached. Let some rookie QB on the road go 97 yards to take the lead??? And then another 80 yards for the win in OT??? How many fucking times can they let Seattle convert on 3rd down? Bears deserve this loss big time.

Is it a league rule that you automatically get fined for every personal foul? Seems like it these days.
Not really. They completely deserved this loss.
DIdn't say they deserved the win. Just saying that they could have pulled off a cheap win despite how poorly they played.
Lovie will catch shit all week, for not kicking that field goal early.
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
I had a feeling that the decision not to kick would come back to haunt them.
After the game, Lovie took the blame for the team not being prepared for the game
