What would an Eagles fan know about this time of year? They did boo and throw snowballs at Santa, didn't they? The only thing worse than an Eagles fan is the team they cheer for.

  • Maybe now the Bears will get some respect with the national media. If the Bears get a first round bye i really believe they have a legitimate shot at going to the super bowl not winning it but making it. I am a bears fan but have not been sold on this team being as good as their record says but I am swaying more to them being a very good team.

Just replying to comments made by you an Eagles fan, on a Bears thread. I can't help you are still bitter that the Bears beat the Eagles. What if I am a new Bears fan and a new sports fan? How would you know though? Does that mean I can't comment on anything by you because I don't have the same sports knowledge as someone like you? My original comment was just poking fun at the Eagles throwing snowballs at Santa, because it was around Christmas time. Apparently the fans in Philly still can't laugh at this.

    P.S.
Cubs fans make me puke also.

we didn't get lucky 11 times and we didn't play 11 crappy teams. i'm not saying we're the best team in the nfl by any means, but we're 11-4, i'm as doubtful as the next guy about the true capabilities of this team, but after 15 games and 11 wins, you have to maybe give the team some credit.

The bears beat the cowboys with romo, the packers and the jets- all three teams were picked by many to win it all in the preseason. they also stopped a red hot philly teams and are undefeated in their division.

    they are a legitmate contender.

This is all true. Sure, the Bears have had a few breaks, but not many teams get to 11 wins without catching a few breaks.

Can't wait for some playoff football in Chicago!!!

Just bought my playoff tix (my credit card hates me). I really hope its not the Pack. They are super dangerous right now. Have to take them out this Sunday....have to.
