Was excited for this show. Was being the word of the day. After this long weekend of disappointment from the 10club/Ticketmaster “lottery” I’m sending my buddy his two tickets I bought him and probably going to sell or give away my two. Losing all six PJ shows my wife and I put in for really made me not wanna travel anywhere for any shows anymore. 10 hour round trip to see the Crowes in a 1/3 filled venue with no opener. I’m over it. Well I’m over everything right now. Not good times in PJville right now. Peace
For shits and giggles, I pulled up the arena map for ticket availability for the Crowes St. Paul, MN show. From the looks of it, maybe, maybe, 1/5 to 1/4 of the seats have been sold. A decent amount of sold tickets are also available on the secondary market as well.
They won't(likely)cancel the tour. Anyone that saw them summer 06 saw them in the same sized venues and they were giving away tickets outside. Hell the 4th night of the tabernacle 05 run you could have gotten in free.
Even with the strange tour lineup, I wanted to go see them, but they've picked horrific venues that really aren't easy to get to. I try and see most bands who come by Vancouver or Seattle, but they've picked this god-awful venue which is closer to Tacoma than Seattle and I'm not going to go see them. I've looked at the ticket prices and they are completely out of their minds. The demand has never been there at any point of their career to warrant those prices. Having other big name acts touring this year doesn't help their cause either. They should have picked three to five thousand seat theaters in major cities, not amphitheaters in nowheresville.

Uhm, what is an acceptable distance from center of downtown? Red Rocks is 25 mins from downtown Denver. Probably one of the easiest in/out I've ever experienced and I've been to plenty of venues across the US. Gorge Amphitheater (which there are no dates for) now that's a mf-er. At least 2.5hr drive from Seattle...but oh so well worth it!!
I'm not splitting hairs here or arguing. 2 nights at Red Rocks, which they are scheduled for, is an easy venue to get to. Parking lot before the show is a fucking blast. Met a lot of great folks out there. 1st show sold out, not sure about the second show. Compared to all the other venues they are playing, I'd say Red Rocks is by far the most tickets sold.

Every time is see an update on this thread, I’m just hoping for a posting saying the tour has been canceled so I can get a refund. No opening band. 1/4 full venue. 5 hour drive each way. Cancel the tour already. Stupid me should have never bought tickets.

You can always post your tickets on Stubhub for cost and see if they sell. Some people just don't use Ticketmaster.

Good point. Maybe if I score some PJ Oakland tickets on fan to fan I might be in a more jolly mood. A Pearl Jam tour that I don’t see at least one show just feels not right. But worst case I will definitely try stub hub. Thanks

BoaF tour dates dropped today. Also on sale today. Might try and go to Atl.
Ditto on ATL. Man, thanks for the heads-up!! The SYMM tour doesn't put too much wind in my sails but THIS has me stoked. I missed BoaF the first time around and always said I'd give my left pinkie toe to go back and see it. Looks like I may be walking on nine toes LOL

Scored ATL tix. Thanks again and a digital high five to @tusevun
Well, crap. Sorry you missed out. I'd offer you my +1 but it's already spoken for. If I hear of anyone looking to sell a spare I'll point them in your direction.

How long to till they pull the plug on this?

I wish I lived somewhere close to one of these BOAF shows.
They just showed parts of Souncheck on IG and they played Willin and Thorn in my pride.
Might be a heck of a show to see.
