Jeremy.
It was 1992 and the video was in heavy rotation on Much Music. Loved the video, picked up the tape and fell in love on first listen.Shows: Montreal 98, Barrie 98, Montreal 00, Montreal 03, Montreal 05, Ottawa 05, Toronto 06, Vancouver Night 1 08 (EV), Vancouver Night 2 08 (EV), MSG1 08, MSG2 08, Montreal Night 2 08 (EV), Toronto Night 1 08 (EV), Toronto 09, Hartford 11 (EV), Ottawa 11, Ottawa 16, Ottawa 22.0 -

The fixer got me started on PJ. Technically Alive though before I heard the fixer on the radio I would play Alive on Rockband. The guitar solo is awesome and the drums are tight to go wild on (imagining they are real drums of course >_<)!0

Alive, back in the day... Remember buying the tape single in the 'cigarette box', cool as f*ck... Sure its been mentioned plenty in this thread...'It's a sad and beautiful world' - Mark Linkous0

For me it was the first time I heard/saw Even Flow on Much Music, in 1992. I had to endure a horrible family camping trip that summer - I don't know what I would have done without my Ten tape and yellow Sony walkman
(remember those?! They were indestructible....kinda like Ten
). love is all good people need....and music sets the sick ones free...0 -
For me, not so much a particular song, but an experience.
I had started to become a "fan" around Vitalogy, and looked forward to the releases of No Code & Yield. So I guess you could say it was Better Man or some other single off of Vitalogy if I were to try and pin point a particular song . . . but it wasn't until seeing them live in Barrie, ON on my 20th birthday in 1998 that I became obsessed and would say I became a hardcore fanBarrie 08/22/98

State of Love and Trust.
I first heard the song on the Singles soundtrack back in 92 when I was 12...or something like that. I remember being in my room, listening to that song over and over, every day for months. The music totally blew me away and I was in a state of euphoria.

Ten was blaring from any number of dorm rooms at we all finished exams. Even Flow was first and then each song became something new and awesome.0
