    i saw on cnn louisianna was using these barges with vacuums to suck up the oil but then the coast guard ordered them back to port for inspection....where they sat around for over a day and were never inspected....

    imagine if your neighbor's house was on fire and he kept turning the fire trucks away claiming he had it fully under control
