      Average PGA course is about 4 miles start to finish..and its not flat..and you have heat and actually swinging the club on top of the mental aspect..yeah,,its a tough sport..

    Europe has more heart than the US by far.   The US played about as flat as I expected.   They had little momentum coming into the tournament.

    The US sucks.  Should shut down the Ryder Cup. They are an embarrassment just about every year.  The players suck and Furyk’s decisions have been atrocious.

    Holy shit.  This is not good news to wake up to.  They were up 3-0 at 1 point yesterday and not it's 8-3!  Awful.

    It is a fair point that Americans outside of Tiger (JT?) can’t play strategic golf the way it was meant to be played. Bomb and gouge isn’t going to get it done on European courses

    Ha.  I actually like Europe.  I'm sure they are country club brats too, but that is how I view most of the American team.  I root for Poulter, Sergio, etc... Their excitement and energy is genuine, and I think the Americans fake it.

    Golf coverage sucks. I'm watching with a little delay. 4 players on the course and 3 shots they didn't show.

    I don't need to see them walking the green and lining up their shots and taking practice swings....

    It's even worse with a full field but there's only a couple of dozen guys playing today. I'd like to see every shot.

    Has Woobie never played golf? These guys are mostly young and fit. 4 miles isn't anything. I haven't played in 3-4 years due to back issues but still regularly hike that long and I'm old and unfit.
