No, but the gist was that Canada is currently dealing with all the thousands of refugees already in America who are walking across the Canadian border because the USA is making them fearful and feel threatened.

I am not rve sure what point you are trying to make anymore. You asked what Canada was doing to help refugees, and people told you.

I'm sorry, I dont think that really answers my question. We have migrants coming over our border every day, all day. And now for maybe the first time ever so do you, although I'm sure in much smaller numbers. Do we have any numbers on that? This migrant caravan, and the last one, arent walking to Canada. 

It seems every time people look at this as though it's strictly an American issue to take care of. I say let the other countries in the hemisphere intervene and help out. That seems like a better plan that finger pointing at evil America. 

I'm sure they prefer America for a lot of reasons, like the climate and presence of an already strong and thriving Hispanic community here,  but I'm sure they would find Canada to be very welcoming over time

Why wait until it's a disaster. You know the people we have in power now down here. Offer up to fill busses at the border and drive them through to Canada for some high quality denim and maple syrup

It's also considerably colder than where they are from.  Now, I live in farm country and greenhouse country, we have plenty of Mexican migrant workers.  The Mexican government even has an office in the area.

I’ll have to go back and find the article. I believe CNN. Had I individual stories of the people. All we’re looking for jobs/$. Not saying that’s a bad reason....but it doesn’t meet the definition of an asylum seeker.
