I dont know if anyone noticed, but i was up fairly high last night, but a cool little detail that i noticed and i dont know if it was done on puropse or not but it seemed like a smaller light was focused on a whaler logo on one of the banners behind the stage. i only noticed it during a few songs, corduroy, and i beleive dissident (which was my favorite part from last night, just perfect) and one other, maybe low light. but for some reason i want to say it was the daughter/w.m.a portion. for all i know it could have been a reflection, but it was perfectly focused. i just thought it was a nice little touch to a great night.

I scored two tickets from a friend of member SalJam for $50 each  and boy did we ever get our monies worth. Thank you SalJam and thanks to your friend Pat for the hook up. I took my niece who was celebrating her 16th birthday at here first PJ show, I think she learned how a 30 year old man can be so into a band :D . anyway on to the show. Seats where in section 215 row V we where in the rafters I found the sound up there to have a bit of an echo but still sounded good, we made our way down to the platform at the bottom of the section for the finale two songs and man was the sound way better down there. They guys came out on fire unthought unknown, Corduroy, Do The Evolution, Got Some the whole building was alive. Dissitant was amazing but the energy felt like it was fading by the time it reached our row a lot of people around us mostly row W sec215 where there to have conversations with there friend and girlfriends I restrianed during the show, but if you sat in sec 215 row W seats 8-14 next time your at a show shout the f**k up :shh:. In fairness by the time the main set ended the they quieted down  dummies. Anyway I rocked out and some guy in my row four people down rocked out and we where the exceptions, can't wait for my 10C seats in Boston and MSG 2 to be in the middle of the energy. It was my first show since 96 and I was left fully satisfied.

    Highlights:
Low Light, Nothingman, I Got Shit, Daughter/WMA, Satan's Bed, Lukin, State of Love and Trust, Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love (Van Halen)

    Surprise of the night:
Jeremy :o the crowed was so into it it was so much fun, the energy completely filled the venue my niece was blown away by the crowed during it.

Thanks again to SalJam and there friend Pat for giving me the opportunity to see this show for such and amazing price that allowed me to give my nice on hell of a birthday gift. This community is really special and I'm just happy to be a part of it. :D

See everyone in Boston and MSG 2!

One of the best shows I never heard. Somehow the pa for the front was off, so we heard Eddie and Mike from the return sound. Only Stoneys pa was aimed right. Other than the sound a great show. The setlist could not have been better, and the crowd was amazing. Highlight included Lowlight, Nothingman, Satans Bed, I got shit, WMA tag, Crazy Mary, Indifference and Van Halen. Unthought known 2nd time on tour as an opener. I'd rather hear it mid set, it has a nice build on its own. On to Boston.
    All together now...

Not sure if it happened or not, but I could have sworn that sometime during the show (I'm forgetting which song) I saw Stone getting up from the floor like he had just fallen down or something. I was focused on Mike so it took me a while to register what I think I was seeing.

    Anyone?

    Sorry if I'm a bother.

Just woke up and realized they didn't play anything off Binaural and Riot Act...doesn't matter, show was EPIC!!

i think Unknown Thought might be a keeper for one of those songs that'll stay in the rotation of PJ Openers, great buildup in the song!

Nope, you weren't seeing things. I think it might have been during Alive: Stone walked over to Mike's side and sat down on the floor, then Mike sat down with him. It was awesome! I got a blurry picture of it.

I was in section 119 row P for the entire show. It was my fourth PJ show, and yet again I was completely blown away. I was at Hartford '06, Camden 2 '08, and Hartford '08, and like everybody else has said, something about this show was special. Loudest crowd I've ever seen at a Pearl Jam show, everybody was screaming the lyrics (me included) the entire night and the band really fed off of the energy in an incredible way.
I loved Unthought as an opener as its my favorite song off of Backspacer, and then the trio of Courduroy, DTE, and Got Some was FIRE. I thought the main set had a weird kind of up and down feel to it, with Low Light and Nothingman (both of which were huge highlights for me). Satan's Bed was really cool as was Satan's Kitchen  and they COMPLETELY fucked up the begininning of Gonna See My Friend, but it was still and awesome way to end the set.
The encores were also incredible. Ed's little back and forth about the signs was hilarious and both of the backspacer songs to start the first encore were really cool by me. Like some other people have said, each encore could've use another song or two, but I'm not complaining. They brought the fire yet again and I am really lucky to have been in attendance at both of the past Hartford shows!

Wow...what an awesome show!!! I had so much fun last night!!! The highlights for me was Nothingman and Indifference!! The band was on fire and very sharp.

I have a very high 10 Club # but I still had very decent seats in the lower level with a perfect view of the stage. I just want to thank the 10 Club for the seats and I was very happy that I was able to attend this show!!! Bring on Boston!!!
