Losing to underdogs in the World Series two years in a row...

I would imagine this one hurts more, because at least last year most of them got to the championship for the first time in their careers. To lose it a second time has gotta be hard to stomach.

They were one strike away from winning twice. Yeah, this has got to hurt just a little more.

I already see the Rangers fans getting wound up on Facebook. Cardinals cheated, the umpires were on the take, the rain delay was an MLB conspiracy to get Chris Carpenter back on the mound, etc.

Oh Boy!!!, love to be that guy who dropped 500 in vegas @ the begining of the :D year.

If it's the same story, he actually did it on September 12 when they were 5 back with 15 to play. $250 to make the WS, $250 to win. Nice $375000 payoff.

Where's the "Larussa is the face of the steroids era"/"Poo-holes isn't the best"/"StL doesn't have good fans" guy, now?
