setlist correction....They played Wash not Garden for the beginning of the second encore.

    What show were you at? Not last night's . . . .

Awesome show. Sometimes, All Night, Pilate, In Hiding, Glorified G, Garden, Inside Job, Down, Baba O'Riley. Lotta good stuff. (But no Wash).

  • Awesome show! Heard the roadie checking "You Are" during setup and was really looking forward to that since we were 12 rows right in front of Stone. But, it was not to be... But, we got JEREMY, PILATE, AND GLORIFIED G! Hoping the bootleg will be available!

set list is NOT CORRECT. I was pretty buzzed but i know they played Teenage Wasteland before YL and i dont recall Little Wing but maybe there was a riff in the guitar solo at the end of YL?

#423XXX, sec 118 row W, was an awesome vantage point except the lights on the right side of the stage kept shining right in our eyes. Got used to it, tho... => Seemed like Eddie gave a little more love to the right side crowd, only came over by us once or twice, but still got to see a pretty amazing concert. Sad for my friend, tho, because he didn't play Black, that's her favorite song, but she wasn't TOO disappointed considering how great the rest of the show was!

"Teenage Wasteland" is The Who's Baba O'Riley. I definitely heard the Little Wing tag at the end of YL.

I think you must have won the lottery, buddy. 278, XXX usually won't get you in the first ten rows. I'm 190,XXX or so, and I've never been closer than 15 rows or so

I saw Joe Buck, and I thought you meant the hellbilly country Joe Buck... Who cares about some sports talkie...

The show was stellar, from the 12th row I thought the crowd was pretty into it, lots of singing going on...I'm looking forward to hearing the bootleg...

They never disappoint, it's why they are the best band in the universe....

and btw, I thought 10C seats were just the first 10 rows???

It's kinda funny, but my first 10C show was in 98 in STL, and I was front row center, and each show since I have moved farther back.... Seems a little backwards to me...

    16th Row - 190xxx-ish

Last night was show number 20 for me. I miss the old 4 block ten club seating. The first 6-7 ten club shows I was very near the front... row 2 and 3 a few times. It made showing up early and hanging out with fans a lot of fun before hand because there was a reward for doing so. THe last 6-7 shows I was in the last 30 rows or on the sides. Last night was the closest I had been since VFC tour which was also row 16.

Great show though last night. Amazing Setlist. Got to cross pilate off my list.

  • What the crowd lacked in size, it made up for in energy! I have no voice this morning. The first time on the floor for me and it was awesome! Loved being on Mike's side. I hadn't seen Inside Job live yet, so that was cool to get. I could hear In Hiding at every show!

I woke up this morning looked in the mirror and realized I didn't have a face. Thanks McCready! If any of you happened to stroll through section 118 and tripped over my melted face please send me a notification.

In a span of 24 hours I've received tickets for Neil Young at the Ryman, pre-ordered Black Keys tickets at the Ryman, and was blessed with the opportunity of watching my favorite and Greatest Band on the planet.

Thanks PJ, 10c, and PJ Fans for being genuinely awesome people.

Last night was amazing! Great side stage tickets next to Mike and rows K and L were rocking out. I've never been to a show where everyone I was sitting near were so awesome and so excited through the whole show. Amazing night Ed standing in the crowd was a highlight. Thanks to PJ, Ten Club, and everyone I was sitting with for reminding me why and how much I love this band.

Can't wait for Columbus and Indy!

Heard the roadie checking "You Are" during setup

I hear that very often at shows, think it is pretty much standard practice.

WOW....I cannot believe last night. I go to school in Chicago and took the bus to St. Louis for the show. This was my 17th PJ show (I know that's not terribly impressive, but I'm proud of it for only 20 years alive :) ) I had one of the greatest times of my life. I literally NEVER thought I'd see the front row. I've had dreams about it and always wake up in slight disappointment. So yesterday I got to the show to meet up with a board member who had an extra ticket. To my complete shock, he handed me the ticket and it was section B row 1. It took me lots of checking and double checking to actually accept that we were front row DEAD CENTER. I always imagined my reaction to winning the lottery would just be to immediately scream, but I could barely react or accept it until security actually brought me down there and put the wristband on my hand. From there out, I couldn't contain the excitement that was running through me. I've been smiling ear to ear since then. The seat was face to face with Eddie. I got my first guitar pick and numerous waves from Eddie and Mike that sent chills down my spine. It didn't even feel like an arena show because the band was so fucking close. Ahh.. I still cannot believe I actually lived that out. I wish I could write more about the actual show, but I'm still having trouble forming complete thoughts. UNREAL. Thank you PJ :D

Were you the ones that got spit on by Ed, and then he threw you the towel? He was doing a lot of spitting last night!

Huge shoutout to my PJ friend dosdedosmisamigos for teaming up and getting to share the 10th row awesomeness with me. :)

Haha, those guys were directly to my right and that was pretty funny. I think I only got a light misting during DTE :P

I have to start with something only one other person has mentioned, and that is that Stone was a madman last night. Especially early on. He was moving around like he was Mike!!
The show itself was great as always. In Hiding was spot on. Some technical issues with Ed's guitar during RVM, but the ending jam was insane.
Also thought Ed's joke about " not all drugs are good.... Some are great!!" was pretty funny before Severed Hand.
I liked last nights setlist and seats better, but think KC was a better show.
253,xxx. Last night sec 101 row g ( no one in the two rows in front of me), KC row 23 on floor dead center.
  • Ten Club member 297,XXX got me row K section 101. Disappointed I didn't have floor tickets at first, but was digging the unique view from the side as you could clearly see Matt's drumming. This was my 8th Pearl Jam show and it turned out to definately be top 3. The setlist was very unpredicable for most of the night, which was fun for me.

Great to meet Riverrunner and Heatherevers at the afterparty.

262xxx got me 118 row H on Mike's side. Probably the best 10c seats I have had. Perfect view of the stage and lots of interaction with Mike and Ed.

This show goes to show you that the size of the crowd doesn't matter. Amazing crowd energy and the band was on it. The main set was up there with the best I have seen and the crowd was loud as hell.

    Our section was nuts!

Great show!!! Great couple of days!! Thanks guys!! Until next time!

oh man! :D I just found a picture of myself online from the show. This was definitely taken during the first song, because I remember immediately taking off my long sleeve shirt in preparation for a sweaty evening. It being the first song would also explain the look on my face: pure shock and euphoria :mrgreen:

  • I was annoying the hell out of the security guys for the setlist, because I saw it from my 5th row seat, and finally a Scottstrade Arena guy I talked to earlier gave me his set list, so I'd shut up. Kinda disappointed they left Sleight Of Hand, Go, Given To Fly, and Spin The Black Circle off, but one hellacious show i'll never forget. I would upload it, but I don't know how.

Just got to work in Chicago after driving back from St. Louis with a two hour Rest Stop nap.....

All I can say is thank god I went.....what a show. When my buddy had to cancel I had serious thoughts about not going and just eating the tickets - the prospect of driving 4 1/2 hours after working a half day (also after being up with the 5 month old all night) and then driving 4 1/2 hours back home to be at work by 8:00 am just isn't as appealing as it once was.

After failing to find anyone to take my extra single I reached out to matt.watt who also had an extra single to see if we could team up and offer our two singles as a pair....and it couldn't have worked out better! We found a couple fans at the show to take the extra pair - much easier than getting rid of 2 singles. And even better - Matt won the lottery with his 43XXXX 10C# - suddenly I went from undecided about even going to 10th row dead center!!!

The show was fantastic....the crowd around us was into it all night - some great fans in the area. One couple brought the cutest little girl who was an angel all night - gave me hopes of bringing my little guy some day :) One thing I have to disagree about it only being 75% full......maybe 90%. About half of the third deck was empty - similar to Cleveland 2006 which was another amazing show.

RVM was one of the better versions I've ever heard, Eddie stopping Mike when he started YLB too early was funny. Pilate - wow! Was surprised how many peaople were singing along! Glorified G was another highlight - always great live! And Jeremy - I don't think I've heard in the last 10-12 shows......gave me new appreciation for it! Like seeing an old friend after a long time. Finally - Unthought Known......I just closed my eyes and enjoyed every single moment of it. Just a fantastic show start to finish!

Big thanks to Matt for making it a great evening....and even bigger thanks to everyone else who did not take either of our singles! Can't wait until Friday!!!

    That was my daughter! :-)

448xxx got me section 117 row H - 2 rows behind the guy who took his shirt off and Eddie pointed out during the show.

Thanks to 10c for the awesome tickets - better than expected and the show was superb!
