She has threatened to contact the police,because of my post on this club. She has also contacted ebay over the matter. She is simply avoiding the issue of her scamming people for money(She has had another negative feedback from another buyer).

i find it funny when people fuck up, get called on it and then are shocked that people are pissed...what the hell happened to personal responsibility?

Is anything being done to ban these so called (sellers) off of eBay that's what really needs to happen for the most part there are alot of great people using eBay we need to weed out the dishonest members pronto is eBay taking everyone with the grevience seriously?

You might find,my friend,that ebay do fuck all about these sort of people. They dont go round banning people as its bad publicity for their business.Sometimes you get the impression that they dont give a shit. For example,a while ago a friend of mine received an "item not received case opened",then the buyer got all her money back. The buyer had actually left feedback saying item was in perfect condition!!!,yet the twat put scam case in and got her money back,unbelievable!! My friend contacted ebay and they wernt interested-just one small example of how corrupt this system is.
Lets face it a lot of peolpe do rely on ebay for their purchases-where else do you get the rarities from?? Ebay do have a monopoly on this sort of business. If there was a viable alternative,we would all be interested wouldnt we??

yeah this bang on the money, its a shame as its a community largely based on trust but many people seem to get shafted now by the dishonest people.

There are alternatives of course, but not on the ebay scale....
