just file the "item not received" thing in the resolution center at ebay before 45 days expires and utilize the ebay buyer protection program. you really should never close a paypal dispute before you actually get the money back man. good luck.

Received an email from seller, saying that she will repay the money?? BUT still no money!!!
Then received email from paypal saying case is closed as i had informed paypal that we had come to an amicable agreement. I HADNT INFORMED PAYPAL OF ANY AMICABLE AGREEMENT!!!
SHE probably did that. Contact them again. And don't stop til you get satisfaction.

    that's kind of classic

you're in a dispute with someone

so you call up PayPal... pretend you're them... and say ... hey everything is ok... don't worry about it ;)

although paypal has security checks when you call in... right??? i don't see that happening

Got all my money back from ebay/paypal.
this seller has yet another negative - now six on trott!!
Question: do paypal take the money back from the seller when giving refunds, surely this scammer cant have over $300 in her account - money from peolple like me who have been victims of this scam.
Contacted ebay over the matter and they dont seem to be interested in sorting out bogus sellers like this.
personally will not be buying from overseas indivduals agian, due to being pissed off-really wanted sealed No Code.

If you paid with your Credit Card thru Paypal... contact them. They will solve this.

If you paid with your bank account thru Paypal... you're probably screwed, but give a phone call to paypal.

yes....exactly why you should only set up Paypal with a credit card....that way you ALWAYS have final recourse by disputing the credit card charge
