Feel free to add your hotel deals / where you will be staying for the US tour dates. I will try to update the original post as often as possible; my goal is to make this a complete reference for everyone to utilize.

Please include the name of the hotel, where you purchased, price, and proximity to the venue.

Possbily, but they aren't going to beat the "name your own price" deals that you will get on Priceline...

What do you guys think? Anyone want to start separate threads for these ones?

Wow. That's quite the hike in price from one night to the next.

I've never paid more than $80 for a 3*-4* hotel in any major city (in Canada or the U.S.) using Priceline... but I've never been to NYC and things seem to run a little bit more expensive there. :D

Perhaps I should have went to Buffalo after all. Nah.

i have a reservation at sleepybear....didn't relaize it was 20 per person. kind of steep for camping....

for that, it might be worth just going to the hotel at 36 bucks per night.
81 is now off the air

NYC is not like every other city. In 2008 I used Priceline twice (once for the 2 MSG shows and once for the Beacon show) and both times I paid $150 per night.

There are other US cities that tend to push $100 for 3 star hotel rooms. Generally anything in California will be in that range too, depending on the timing of course.

If anyone has any luck with Hartford I'd love to hear it - so far I've been striking out like crazy. i think I'm just going to stay somewhere between hartford and boston after the show.

Anyway - I did get a 4 star Weston hotel for Columbus for $57. I wish I had done a 3 star for a bit less- I wasnt really thinking when I was doing it.

I need to really work on Cleveland and Hartford now... getting these hotels are tricky!

I still see individual hotel threads popping up, would be better to keep the info here in one place.......except MSG of course

How high have you gone without luck? I just started last night and got up to $60 for a 3 star in Hartford with no luck. In 2008 I paid $65 and I would be surprised if a room for May 15 cost more than $75 on Priceline given that the Crowne Plaza's regular rates are just over $100 that night.

I think I got to 67 before I ran out of rebids - i need to get back on it today though. I figure if I cant get it for under $75 I'll just go a bit outside of Hartford - definitely a hassle but worth it for $30 off (maybe).

YEAH!! --- Just secured this Cleveland Hotel as well on HOTWIRE for $66. Booked on 03-22-10

Based on the amenities and using betterbidding.com I was able to figure out it would be this Holiday Inn or possibly the Residence Inn, before I purchased it, both are close to the venue and the bus station and the RTA stop from the airport. So this one works awesome!

I tried 3 days in a row for Cleveland downtown on Priceline however I was denied three times, with bids ranging as high as $69 one time. I saw this on HOTWIRE this morning and I am very happy I don't have to look anymore.

Good deal. If anyone is interested go grab a room.

    Can't wait!

Just got the Radisson Cleveland Gateway hotel on priceline for $65... yesterday I bid $65 and got nothing so I'm not sure what changed. On priceline its listed as a 3 star hotel.

It looks nice - right across the street... no free breakfast but I suppose I'll just hit McDonalds or something ;)

    Just got my KC hotel.

Hotel Phillips via Priceline (they call it a 4 star hotel) for $56 a night. Seems like a crazy nice deal since the 2.5 star hotels on hotwire are at that or higher.

    Hope that helps!
