I live really close to the VW, otherwise known as Deer Creek.

The only place to hang out is Mo's, the other places mentioned on this thread are not walking distance, or just not as cool.

I've already spoke with Mo's mgmt and they will givenus a mic for the raffle, so I'm going to get ahold of
the wishlist foundation so we can have the party there! I have a meeting with Mo's on Monday and I'm going to see if I can get a whole lot of special stuff planned!

If you haven't been to the area in the last 2 years, you won't reconize it at all!! It used to be in the middle of a cornfield now it's one of the fastest growing areas of Indy, you'll be shocked.

Not crazy at all. You gotta do what you can do to see this band. My flight landed from Indianapolis to San Diego at 7:15pm the day of Ed's 2nd solo show in 2008, and I was back on the plane to Indianapolis at 6:30am the next morning. Slept at the airport. Only time I've been to California and I didn't even see this "sun" everyone talks about.

I'm in for Indianapolis. My 2nd hometown show out of the 46 i'll have attended. It will be odd to sleep in my own bed after a show instead of some random hotel, or airport.

hahah...well I feel the same, you gotta do what you gotta do. I have only seen them in Vancouver 2 times out of the 23. When we went to LA last, food poising hit me at about 2:00a.m.. I did not eat until we got to Venice, beach to enjoy the sun..it was still beautiful even tho I was dying...
We have never been to Indianapolis..its always worth it to see a new city. I would have never been so many places without such a good excuse. I hope they will go somewhere more tropical in October...haha...(if there is an October date). We will be taking an 11:45pm flight and arriving at 11:00am..when I get off work..yay!

Today is my birthday and I'm hoping my wishes come true! I've been dreaming about PJ for the last 4 nights. Night before last I had a dream that I forgot about the sale time and by the time I remembered, all tickets were gone... Considering I'm a hoosier and it's my birthday - I'm hoping I end up with 10c tickets today for Deer Creek (I just can't call it Verizon)!
