I don't know... it really changed direction after leaving his foot...
    Similar to the Dutch goal...

I forgot the Dutch history and South Africa... Big advantage...

It definitely did, keeper started the wrong way. Just tough to have a ball go over your head. Great half.

first goal was a rocket, 2nd one should have been saved.

I'd like to see the Dutch win it all (out of the remaining teams)

I would like to see the Dutch take it, but I am partial to Spain, I am a big fan of a lot of the players on that team so I can't help but root for them. I am rooting against Uruguay because my buddy is from there(well he is 1st generation USA now), gives me someone to argue with during the game.

I have a feeling that Germany is going to take it though, they have been playing so solid and look unstoppable.

Not that my predictions mean anything, but I did think Holland was going to go very deep before the Cup. But I, along with probably 3/4 of the soccer world thought either Argentina or Brazil would win it all. Anyway, I'm thinking Spain wins in overtime after drawing 2-2 regulation with Germany. Holland beats Spain 2-1. Millions of impressionable youth shave their heads like half of the Dutch team.

I'm very interested to see what happens if the Spanish put Germany under pressure. Besides the game aganist the Serbs the germans have skipped to a handy lead by halftime. Against the Serb's the went a man down when the blowtorch was applied and didn't recover. Plus the Spanish haven't hit top form yet and they are the European champions. I guess it's a case of who's going to hit top form at the right time. Really looking forward to the next two game regardless of who wins tonight.

In my pickem league i need to pick an upset between the last three games in order to have a chance at victory.

Most folks i think are taking germany from talkign to them in my league. I'm thinking of going out on the limb and taking spain to make up ground.

Am i crazy? Someone tell me i should do this or should i wait till the championship game and go with the underdog there thinking that once you get that far anyone can win?

I don't know shit about soccer but i'm tied for secodn place in this pick em league and i want to win the money!

Depends on how many points you're behind and how many points these games are worth

I'm in third or 4th but only a few points behind. It gets trickier for me as there are several teams to pass and they'll all be thinking the same thing.

There's an opportunity for me to make up ground on the 3rd place game (which, is included).

Also, if Germany wins, I'm sure they'll be a favorite over Holland. So, you could wait and take Holland.

I've been toying with taking Spain too, to make up ground.
