Sounds like FIFA is going to consider suspending him for longer which would mean the finals if they win. Don't really get how they can do that.

if the goalie steps out to defend there is no reason a player can't be on the line. However, but what Suarez did was an outright foul, it was almost reactionary it looked like on the replay. He was carded, tossed and penalty kick was given. Nothing can be done now.
I don't know if I care for the Penalty goal, where does the line get drawn for that? Is a handball 0-5 yards out considered in that area or only on the line? Also, with FIFA not using replay, how can you determine for sure if a player is on the line and not 1 foot off.

yep yep i know that but what suarez did was deliberate. he saw he could stop the goal and did so illegally. thats just not on.
