    I love the red hair FBI chick, hopefully Jack gets some of that this season, he deserves it, he's a national hero.

    Yeah, the first two hours were pretty good.


    Many recurring "themes", but overall I'm really glad to see it back on TV. Forgot how fast one hour can go!!

    Notes thus far...

    -Freddy Prince Jr. :shock: I actually completely forgot he was going to be on this season. The "suck factor" got pretty high at first, but I guess I can deal with him. After all, any character is going to be better than Chase. Man that guy sucked!

    -Another defiant CTU director. C'mon! Really? You'd think the name "Jack Bauer" would have gotten out by now and that he'd have some sort of national jurisdiction over anything he wanted.

    -That blonde is already annoying me. They always manage to squeak in a semi-hot CTU/FBI agent, that either tries to be tough as shit, or has other dumb issues that come into play.

    -I hope to god Kim gets on that plane and it lands safely in LA and that's the last we here of her (by the way, Kim is NOT nearly as hot as she used to be :lol: )

    -Since when do they have Droids over NYC? C'mon!

    -That CTU tech/nerd is going to be trouble. He has been done before in other shapes and sizes and more often than not he ends up being a pain in the ass at first and then dead by the end of the day.




    Anywho, again...I love me some 24!

    Ah yes ... the inital ingredients of the tried and true 24 recipe ...

    Jack sucked into a crisis against his will? CHECK

    In-fighting within CTU/National Secruity? CHECK

    Members of CTU being distracted by a love spat during a national crisis? CHECK

    and of course ....

    Chloe, the insufferable snarky bitch? CHECK!


    Now ... just need the initial threat to be solved in 11 or 12 hours, only for a 2nd threat to emerge.

    Massive 24 fan right here!

    I'm a bit afraid of reading this thread though, as Season 8 hasn't hit the UK yet. I don't want to spoil anything!!

    The one and only thing I want to see in Season 8 is Jack and Renee Walker get together. That's the one thing they got wrong. Terri was never right for Jack and neither was Audrey. Renee's got that tough streak about her as well as other....ample charms shall we say? :roll:

    Pretty good first 2 hours, although this show has gotten highly predictable. Gotta love Chloe and her interactions with others....she cracks me up.

    Looks like Agent Walker is back tonight. I'm a big fan of hers!

    The preview for hours 3 and 4 tonight, looked better than hours 1 and 2 last night.

    At the end: help me with the importance of "switching a shift" was to the overall assasination plot. If the guy is doubling as a cop....and he has been working towards this plan for years, why worry about getting your shift covered?

    It was late and I was tired - I must have missed something. :oops:

    Ugh, I know this show is about side-plots, but some of them are horrible....like this one.

    The blonde chick is Starbuck from Battlestar Galactaca. I think geeks love her but she seems to have put some weight on since Battlestar. I am a geek obviously but was never that into her. There were much hotter babes on Battlestar that would have been more adequate. But she has a nice rack and some lower cut tops may ultimately improve the storyline.
