    After that "wonderful" start...3-11???

Samardjakdhryerikaa ....Or however he spells it......Looks to be the real deal....

Samardzija has been really good. Too bad it took the Cubs 3-4 years to keep this guy as a starter. They fucked around with him so much, I thought he was done.

Would be great if we could pawn him off to the Yankees since Mo is hurt. Probably won't happen, but would be nice if it could, and even better if he went there and sucked.

I am surprised the Braves pulled that off. Wilson turned it very quickly.

The fun had to eventually end.

What more does Dempster need to do to get a win?

Either that or start hitting some home runs to provide his own run support

What's the consensus from Cubs fans on Darwin Barney? Can he be the 2nd baseman for this team long-term?

if you wanna keep losing, sure....

if you want a team that is going to compete for a title....you pretty much have to turn over the entire roster.

for positional players, the only player i would keep is castro....

for pitcchers...maybe a couple of your starters you keep, but they woudl be 4 or 5 in a good rotation.

No, he can't. He really hasn't done anything to warrant him being an everyday player...except for being on a team with not much other talent. :lolno:

Is there anybody in the system that could come up and make an impact at second? Or is it still a wait-and-see game?
