totally worth it to sit that close one time. i'm going to keep an eye out for a sat or sunday game for that price.
I've sat close before, but not behind home plate. hmm, I think i'll be keeping an eye out too, but saturday/sunday games are going to be more expensive, no matter how they are playing.
I lost a bet...

not me....we had company seats in 108 row 13....about as clsoe as i have been, unless you count the front row of the bleachers....or you count pitching off the vistors bullpen mound as being closer.
I had second row directly behind homeplate once. My mom's boss had season tickets and couldn't go. Awesome being that close! It did kind of suck as the catcher's back was directly to us so it was really hard to see pitches and determine balls and strikes. Other than that, it was badass!

um, what?!?! that must have been pretty awesome!!
yup. threw some killer curve balls. i was unhittable.
as part of our package, we had these pre game clinics on the field. we started with playing a catch the flyball game, then tossed off the visitor bullpen mound for a little bit, before gettingn pictures in the dugout.
they brought out rich hill and carlos marmol...hill hit the balls for the fly ball game, marmol just stood around and didn't say anything....think it was his rookie year. '07 maybe. got autographs from hill and marmol as well as tom glavine who was with the mets that year.

The assistant to the traveling secretary of the New York Yankees looks to be wearing a rug!
Actually, from what I read online...he got plugs. So funny because George's character had so many bald references and moments on Seinfeld! The bald cream from China, the hairpiece that Elain threw out the window...among others!

seats for a penny in the 500 level or $20 for section 124 row 12...not a bad deal.
when did wrigley turn onto the cell?
that's tempting...considering you know demand is going to be higher in july....need to check the rainout forecast
edit...
looks like they might be able to get it in.
april and the cubs suck.
wonder what tickets are going to be for phil's next start (thursday?)
for today's game?
yes.
sect 22 i believe...
you could spit on pink hat guy from that seat.
that might be worth the price of admission...
