I had a few friends hit up the extreme beer fest last year, said it was a great time.

I plan to hit up the Ommegang festival this summer.

    Stone Brewing Co. (CA)
    stonebrew.com

2006 Double Bastard Ale aged in Brandy Barrel
Vintage brandy bbl aged Strong Ale; 10.0%

    Entire list is awesome.

However, make sure you try the above. Had it at Darkord day at 3 floyds last year and it was my favorite brew of my whole beer trip that weekend. That means for me it topped, darklord, barrel-agged darklord, vanilla DL, Nightstalker from GI, and at Founder's Kentucky breakfast, Canadian breakfast, Double trouble, Maple Brown, Imperial stout, red's rye barrel aged, and Backwoods bastard...

    Though, they were all delicious!

I'm jealous as 3 Floyds has no distribution here and i've not been able to try their Dreadnaught. I've always wanted to try darklord as well!

I only have one bottle of pliney which i'm going to drink tonight i think :D
As previously mentioned i do trades of Terripin beer with a buddy out west for the russian river beers. It is a hell of a deal for me :)

I did find this website though that seems to be reputable that when they have it in stock you can order pliney the elder, blind pig and other russian river beers
    http://sites.google.com/site/southbaydrugs/

I came across it on a website and they guy had ordered from them and he got his shipment. They ship to Georgia so i'm going to try it the next time they are in stock!

Looks like they have some in stock how and they are fresh they were bottled the middle of january

Hubby and I went to the New Glarus brewery last year and it was really cute. I don't remember getting any free beer there though, which was a major bumout I must say!
