We've had overcast weather but nowt as bizarre as some of you guys! It must pay to be in the gulf stream sometimes.

Seen the update line up for Arras (on the front page of the Arras site if people haven't seen it - http://www.mainsquarefestival.fr/en/home/), pleased to see Taylor Hawkins and Coattail Riders and Angus and Julia Stone on there but it will be interesting to see the timings :D

Oh I don't know Dimi, Julian Casablancas is meant to be good (although I think I would have prefered to see The Strokes) and I have seen Angus and Julia Stone before in a cafe near me and really enjoyed them, not sure how they will transfer to a bigger stage.

:lol: Well, we now have a new Prime Minister in the UK...

It's funny to see on facebook all the people harping on about the delay of the usual tele programmes, I semi enjoy baiting them on the fact they shouldn't be so apathetic, but I find all this interesting, and get annoyed by people who say they don't vote because they don't understand and don't vote....even if I don't like the new prime minister!

I'm not Dimi obviously but this is a good place to post, there are some other threads with tickets wanted/offered if you search for them so you could put it in there, plus some facebook groups set up :)
Dimi is obviously the maestro at ticket hook ups though :D

Six weeks from now, we'll be watching Pearl Jam (or waiting for them to come on stage with anticipation)
We'll have finally met each other (for those of us like me who was too scared to go the Manchester meet last year but now that consider you guys friends that at the minute I just haven't met in person) and we'll all be smiling.

It's defo more likely, but you never know in our place, we are being re-structured and typically the engagement with staff is when I am on tour. I do know the main aspect of my work is not liked by the tories, but they have come up with something similar so whether I will be asked to lead on some of that...no idea! We're having to find a quarter of our service budget (all staff) in effciency savings, how the bloody hell do we do that without shedding staff.
