    You can tell when someone isn't from here because they'll say 'Toronto', and really pronounce the 2nd "t". But yes people from here always say Terrono..just comes natural I guess.

    The farther east you go, the more garbled it gets.
    West Coast says Toronto.
    Central says Teronto.
    Toronto area says Terronno.
    Eastern Canada says Teranna.

    In the studio huh, doing what? Well you coulda been in my office, running around trying to work out what we needed ministerial approval for before parliament dissolves for the election :lol:
    Tomorrow I am in a team development day...oh the joy! and there are some members of my team, I have umm...well...little time for, so that will be fun. The saving grace is the venue we were meant to be using cancelled on us, so we had to get somewhere else at short notice, now it is in the function room of the pub near by :D

    evening all
    just booked flights glasgow to dublin £20 for me and missus
    belfast to glasgow £20 to so happy with that :D
    hotels for dublin an belfast already booked to so happy days :D

    then driving to london an hotel booked so thats me sorted up untill after london
    only train dublin to belfast to book once its available


    need to book flights to berlin still as well as get 2 extra tickets for daughter an her boyfreind but sorted with hotel

    arras ,werchter an bilboa nearly all sorted with travel an hotels ok but still some stuff to sort out
    nearly their though

    already got tixs for it n it looks like shaping up to be a good bill for the full weekend
