Oh yeah!  One of the great Eno produced TH albums.  Congratulations on acquiring this excellent LP!
Can you please enlighten me with the name of the album? (Just cover art doesn't inform everyone ;) ).

Personally i hate when bands sell “signed” copies but don't actually sign the cover and instead sign the insert.  I want the cover signed

I can't say "I hate it" when it comes to books because I have a some of both, but what you're saying is similar to when a "signed book" is actually a signed bookplate that's later laid in or glued onto the half title page.  It's just not the same as a signed book!

Sorry so long in responding, PJ_Soul , just saw this.  The album title (one I always thought as hilarious) is More Songs About Food and Buildings.  It has a great mix of TH vibe,  from the quirky nearly Dada like "Artists Only" to the spacious gorgeous, yet iconoclastic, "The Big Country".  I think it's one of there top two or three albums.

    Hmm.
Have you cleaned the record well?  Adjust tracking weight?  Got anti-skating?

Also, sometimes even the best cleaning will not remove something wedged in the grooves.  Look with a magnifier.  One suggestion that worked for me with a similar problem was to VERY GENTLY push the wedged object out of the groove with the tip of a wooden tooth pick pushing along the groove, not against it or angular to it.  Some will object to this idea, but as a last ditch effort, I've had it work.

That's aggressive!  Have you heard the wood glue method? I never tried it but people do it.

Mild soap on a light free rag,  worked in a circular motion in and out worked for me until I got an Okki.  Distilled water too.

Definitely!  I've only done it a few times on lesser records.

Never tried the wood glue method but I hear it works well.  Too much work for me though.  I figure if my spin clean isn't good enough to prevent a skip (some clicks on hard-to-find LP's I don't mind), I probably don't need the record.
