Can someone tell me what app or website they use to post pictures here? I think my pics don't show up because I'm posting them from google/photos and I'm guessing you can only see them if you're logged in your own google account. Help please.

I use Photobucket...it works pretty good!!

My first ever Jimi live tape. I watched the video when I was 14 and it blew me away. The opener of Killing Floor is just one solo with him singing. And I love LRolling Stone too. That album really shaped my musical interest more than just about any other in my life.

Sound any good PJ_Soul? I've seen that one in my local, quite tempting, decent track listing..
I'll let you know once I spin it! I just ordered it, so won't have it for a few days.
    Ok, cool..

So yeah, this sounds pretty good, but not great. It is clear and crisp, but not as rich-sounding as one would hope (especially on side A). Anyway, for the price, it's acceptable. Not making the "sounds amazing" list though.
I thought record 2 sounded good.
Yeah, the further you get into the album the better it sounds.
Soul you got put in a timeout?
Just probation. I can only attempt to post something every 150 seconds until Dec 21. :P

Reasonable price but remember the reissue was repressed so someone may have just been getting rid of the one that had sound issues. Mine had sound issues but I'm just going to live with it. You can't tell from the sleeve but if I remember rightly the tracks are pressed very close to the centre of the record. Even when you buy it new, you run the risk. I contacted the label but they claimed to know nothing of a repress but there are photos to prove. They never acknowledged the sound issues otherwise they would have had thousands asking for a replacement.

Received Rolling Stones Blue & Lonesome today (damaged sleeve and now out of stock agghhh). Weezer white vinyl ( again damaged). I hate getting records in the mail at this time of year.

The booklet is nice though. Never knew 1979 was very close to not making the album and was the last one added.

Sorry I should rephrase that in that they said they knew nothing of the sound issues. I've seen US pressings which are clearly different on Side A. The European press is okay apparently.

They didn't admit to sound issues, they just quietly recut it. Super lame. The least they could have done is replaced people's disc ones.

I was lucky. bought MCIS the day it came out and never had an issues. I do remember that being a big deal with a lot of folks getting bad pressings.

You ever tried out listening to the order it was in on the 1995 6 disc import pressing?
