    That is outrageous. They went from free to that. I actually emailed them asking why they can't find a comfortable middle ground, and I got a vague non-answer.

    I really like those earlier Sam Roberts albums. I've saw them for the first time in 10 years a couple months ago (friend won tix). They put on a great show - a lot of the old hits - though this time it was a bit sullied by these TWO awful openers. Sam Roberts band didn't come on until 11:45. We made the mistake of not checking the headliner's start time before going. So by the time they came on we were rattled from those two truly painful bands that preceded it. Lesson learned! Always always always check the headliner's start time! Anyway, We Were Born In A Flame is a really good album. :)

    Man it seems like I'm the only one on earth who has no interest in Ryan Adams! You guys are eating his shit up but I just can't get into it. I also don't like Bruce Springsteen though so I'm prob the weird one.

    I haven't been able to get into him either.... yet. But once in a while i catch a love clip from youtube and i think it's so good... But when I tried listening to his albums I was really underwhelmed. However, I actually have a to-do item in my calendar that reads "readdress Ryan Adams". Lol. Those live one off vids always really reach me, so I think I need to give him another chance. Perhaps I dismissed him too quickly before, I don't know.

    I love the fact you wrote that on your to-do list. Only another music nut would get that. :lol: I've made mental notes. Heard a song. Thought, "Ya know, I should give them another try."
