Fugazi's The Argument sounds awesome, and yeah, the TOTD sounds good too (on purple anyway - I assume the black sounds the same).

    Three Fish!
It is a much cooler package than I thought. :) And i got it for less than $30 in amazing condition, whihc I thought was a pretty damn good deal.... what's with the cut off corner btw? I see that here and there, but wasn't sure why they do that. I assume it has something to do with reselling maybe??

    It's a promotional cut-out.

Yea, cut so the retailers couldn't sell them at regular prices. Manufacturers would physically cut the corner of unsold records returned from retailers; these "cut-outs" might then be re-sold to record retailers or other sales outlets for sale at a discounted price.

Thanks! Well that's cool... if that's why it was cheap I'm all over it. I should watch out for more of them.

I've been looking for this for a good 6-7 months and found a copy in the used bin.

Got down to one of my favorite record stores recently- Red Devil Records in San Rafael, CA and picked up Bob Mould's excellent new LP, Beauty and Ruin and Minutemen's Project Mersh. Always find great stuff at Red Devil!

Well, Building Nothing out of something is a little quiet so I had it a few notches higher than most albums, but it still sounded really good (sometimes when a record is a bit quiet it's also a bit flat or muffled - not in this case, so no worries). Haven't spun Interstate 8 yet.

Great record. I have not been able to take their new one seriously. I'm hoping someday I actually like it, especially since I somehow ended up with 3 copies.

1991- Hollywood Palladium, California with Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains -RIP Magazine Show Oct. 6th
    1992- Lollapalooza, Irvine, California
    Nothing since then. I suck.
2016- Fenway Park, Boston - Both glorious nights
    2022- Oakland Night 2
