Weird Al Yankovic - UHF/Original Motion Picture Soundtrack!

I have always loved that movie and was finally able to track down an almost new condition LP. Sounds great! :D

Robert Johnson - The Complete Original Masters "Centennial Edition (Limited Collector's Edition - Box Set)"

I was so lucky to work out a deal with the original owner of this box set. Picked it up for what it almost originally sold for! Thank goodness too because the going price on this box-set is OUTRAGEOUS!

It is a monster set too with 12LP's, a DVD and a two cd set. The vinyl holder is a book that feels almost leather like, top notch feel. This LP set was made to just put on an album, sit back with a nice beverage and just relax! I love it and a total lucky chance of a lifetime to acquire.

The 2011 reissues were not remastered, just re-pressed. One By One is the worst of their CDs too. The vinyl pressing is exactly like the CD. Loudness Wars killed this one.

I haven't heard LB on vinyl yet but from what I've read it sounds terrible. I have no doubt that One By One might sound better than LB but if that's the case then LB really has issues.

LB actually sounds pretty good if you were lucky enough to get a good copy. Their best sounding vinyl since Riot Act.

I can't directly comment on this vs One By One, but loudness wars+vinyl typically means pretty awful.

After listening to One By One again, and learning about loudness wars, I now know what you're talking about. Thanks for the heads up!

It plays fine? No skips, scratches or pops? If so lucky you! Yay! Great to hear some are ok. Still crossing fingers when I ever get mine it might be ok then.

Yeah, isn't that coz it's not actually released yet? I haven't actually looked into it yet but I get the idea this is the notification that this sale is going to happen sometime in the future.
