16-10 for April, even with all the injuries we're right in it. It will be interesting to see what they do with the outfield when Grandy comes back.

Word. Nothing wrong with the start. Everyone said tread water until people get back, they have done that and more. I don't expect this group to keep a .600+ win pace up, but they have given themselves some room for some shitty losses.

I would have to think you need to start sitting Ichiro at some point.

I thought last night was the night Mo was going to blow his first save of the year. Got lucky with that double play then the strike out was just unfair

This is just bananas. The 9 starters that the Yankees threw out last night had a combined payroll of $35 million. Add in Mo that jumps up a bit but still

A-Rod and Youk sitting next to each other on the bench, that won't be awkward at all.

got to watch your boys last night b/c we get rockies games here in salt lake

I thought the wells signing was pure desperation but he's been great for you guys. loved seeing him at 3rd last night  . seems like a good dude, too.

the rockies announcers were convinced boesch was out and they were bitching about the strike zone given to mo, too

I just noticed Wells salary is 21 million according to foxsports.com. How is that possible? I wonder if the Angels are paying some of that. I cant imagine the Yankees taking him for that much. Or maybe I can. :fp:

*edit - but I am pleased with his performances so far.
