Jeter won't be back until after All-Start break. They found a small fracture

Damn, but i'm glad they found it, could end his career if he comes back to soon.

    dang, tough loss.
Im strangely excited about this duct taped team. I think its just that the players that are out there now might have the salary close to the Marlins or something. hmmm...

Not sure if he's ever going to be able to play the field again regularly, think Jetes done at short will be interesting if Arod comes back well have 3 dh's.

Glad I got to see him at short while I was down at spring training.... hopefully he makes a full recovery... I wouldn't count him out...

If anyone can come back its DJ but playing short is going to be very taxing on that ankle.

    Hardly.
Your starting rotation's salary is twice as much as the entire Marlin payroll.
    So no not even close.

The whole world has been calling for Tex to bunt to beat the shift for years. Hopefully they'll shut up now.

The leash on Nova is tightening, yanks will probably give him 2-3 more starts before calling up CMW or Nuno. They should also bring up Montgomery to replace Kelley or Eppley.

CC looks like he lost a lot of weight. I think people are concerned with his velocity.

Ichiro has been putrid, but that was a big hit.

    Solid win.

Ol' reliable on the mound tomorrow for another series win. Thankfully the yanks get to face a righty. Jesus it's a pathetic lineup against lefties
