with the joke boston is.....these games aren't the same...still need to win them ,but its like whatever

They still have a good offense. Only 2 less runs than the Yankees. It's their starting pitching that has let them down.

i just traded for him in my league and his last two starts have been impeccable. hope he keeps it up through sept. (he should, career 2.45 era in sept).

5-2 homestand against Texas and Boston. Even though Boston sucks, that is definitely positive.

I hope he pitches next year but already having a notch in his trouble belt while playing for the Yankees doesn't help him that's for sure. I'm sure once the brass gets a hold of him...if they haven't already...his ass will definately be chapped.

Fortunately for Pineda, MLB treats DWIs like they treat parking tickets. Stupid mistake, but really has no bearing on the trade aside from the fact it is a distraction to his rehab. Am sure Cashman and Co. put him in his place.

Seems like I picked a good game not to watch last night. Bullpen strugging a bit, huh?

Yeah, theere won't be any MLB issues with this. I'm just sure the first conversation he had with Cashman on the phone he probably had to hold it about 3 feet from his ear!:lol: These athletes, celebrities, etc. that do this stuff is just mindblowing. You have money man, get a cab. :fp:

So there is this Anonymous PR guy who has written a few things on Deadspin and is currently answering questions. One question was about the "Best athlete feud we dont know about" And his answer was "Yankees players and Nick Swisher"

    Interesting...
