Verlander's got some nasty stuff...but that was a bad strikeout call on the Swisher at-bat.

This must be Sterling's idea of heaven, a Teixeira and Granderson home run on Opening Day..

    Yeah, pretty impressive

That's really going to be the blueprint for many of our wins this year.

Keep in the game until we get to the other team's bullpen, where we score runs in the 7th and 8th innings. Give the ball to Joba in the 7th, Soriano in the 8th, and Rivera in the 9th.

    Wash, rinse, repeat. 8-)

    TEX MESSAGE !!!!!!!!!

ok, is this really how you guys are calling his home runs? Lame.

That said, if you guys can get this fucker to have a good April, just once ... it'll help you out a ton.

You can blame John Sterling for that one.

Really loved how Granderson played defense today. They got him playing very shallow, which is interesting.

Did A-Rod change his batting stance? He's resting the bat on his shoulder now. Don't believe he's done that before.

He started doing that towards the end of last year, I think. Kind of rests it on his sholder then picks it up once the pitcher gets moving.
