not a good first game from hughes. Felt today was gonna be different for the yankees though. Alex swinging the ball well still. Posada is liking the dh spot.

Listened to this the other day. It was great. The bronx banter is a great yankees blog, have been reading it for years.

SNY or that site specifically? Because Bronx banter is great and Alex does a great job.

SNY's site, other than Bronx Banter, there's not really much of use for me on there.

Gotcha, yeah the banter is the only site I go to but I have been reading it long before they were with SNY.
  • does anyone live out of the area and have verizon fios? Im dyin here not getting the games. Trying to research programs to get. YES is now available on fios but it appears not in every area. MLB extra innings may be the only option.

If the yanks can hit half this well all year they will be just fine. Arod is as locked in as I have ever seen him. Even outs are getting destroyed, like the first inning yesterday.

If he can keep up like this no doubt. It's a great sign that it started the day he showed up at spring training an he hasn't slowed down.

Cliffy...don't forget Teixeira either. If he can stay consistent like this all season, it'll be a great season for him.

For sure, I expect them both to have much better years than last year. It's just great to see from arod because of his age. Gotta have a good year from Tex though.

Champagne, I am in Philly and have comcast but know a lot of people with fios. The games will be blacked out on yes and you will have to get MLB extra innings to get the games. My 5th year with extra innings. It's either that or MLB.tv

Thank you. MLB extra innings plays every game every day correct?
