True, and I can't get too worked up about a loss 4 games into the season but this is a shitty one, if they end up losing.

Kay had this one in the books for the Yanks in the 1st.

Haha true, it was right around that time. Like I said, can't get worked up about a game on April 4th but that sucked.

on his show they were talking about how the Twins can't win here since Gardenhire became manager and how it might be in their heads

I know it's April, but personally I disagree with lifting Sabathia there. When you allowed two hits, thrown 104 pitches and retired 17 in a row, don't you earn the right to start the eighth, but then again what do I know?

    Your bullpen is sick.

Is that really you saying something positive about the Yankees? I can surely get used to this bullpen, no matter how horrible the Soriano contract is.

I try to be rational sometimes (although it looks like a perfectly placed black cat).

Well I wouldn't want my team paying that much to a bullpen guy...oh wait - what are we paying Brad Lidge?

I was at the Phils game so I didn't see, but why would he take CC out when he had retired 17 in a row? He's your horse, right? Is there some rule against a Yankee pitcher throwing 9 innings?

sounded like Girardi would have kept him if this was later in the year, but like I said, he earned the right to start the eighth but what do I know..

plus he made it worse on himself by not sticking around for the media. that wouldn't have taken more than five or 10 minutes of his time.

He's 0-0. Perhaps you mean the team is 0-2 in his starts (I have no idea if they won his first start).

That and a lot of just laughing at them, how they weren't supposed to lose a game and talking about how they can't wait to pick up the Globe tomorrow. Was amusing.

I don't care if Sterling was spittin material better than Bill Hicks, I would still like to jab a pencil in his eye. I can't stand that man.
