    Oh you have no idea :lol:
    Deciding to move into an apartment this coming school year = no more meal plan = YIKES! Figure I gotta learn how to cook at least a few things!! Was with my grandma who's the best cook in the family so I asked her to show me a thing or two, some easy stuff! Yummy pistachio chicken & some easy fish filets!

    It's chicken rolled in & topped with pistachio nuts and it is SO delicious! I'm learning this slowly but surely. I really am lost in the kitchen :lol: But another good thing is that my 3 roommates who will be living with me all are better at cooking than I am, which is quite the relief!

    My contact jacked up my eye and it's red and swollen so much that I can't keep it open at times. Do you have any idea how tired you get when you can't keep your eye open? I have no energy to cook but the kids will want to eat soon. How many food groups can a PB&J cover?
