Ident keeps talking about GrubHub...and omelettes with steak fries, so I looked up GH in my area.

Only 6 restaurants are listed...5 out of the 6 are pizza places.
The 6th place is an Asian place, and they only have 1 1/2 stars.

I exist on a roller coaster. I got up early this morning to do yoga. I woke up hubby before and told him he has to get himself up in a few minutes to take our oldest yo school (as is our routine). I wouldn't be available to keep bugging him to get up bc I would be in yoga. Teenager is grumpy but I just give her a kiss and proceed to yoga. Beautiful morning. Cool breeze. Light rain. The young leaves are tiny, curled up and light green. Windows open in my living room letting all this in. Hit play on an all pj playlist (check this *genius* yoga playlist out: parting ways, hard to imagine, parachutes, arc, oceans, immortality, low light). Amazing flow. If you've never practiced yoga before do it. I come out all relaxed and energized. Hubby is still in bed. Teenager who must be ovulating is still grumpy and now late, hating everything. I get them out the door. Proceed to make breakfast and lunches for myself and the other two kids. My middle kid drops her breakfast that I just prepared on the floor. Hurry, hurry, where's my shoes, ponytails, water bottles. Can you run to the bank? When are the landscapers coming? Don't interrupt me, one person speak at a time. Yes I'll sign you in to school bc you are late.

Take me back to flow please.

Sorry Sam. I really hope you turn the corner soon. Endurance is the key. Without knowing any of your specifics, other than you have been job hunting for a long time I feel a little funny offering you anything other than support and encouragement. However, I know from my own experience, if something isn't working over and over if I rethink it, sometimes do exactly the opposite of what I think I need to do to achieve my goal, step way outside my comfort zone and familiarity then often new opportunity is found. Turn around and see what you are taking for granted or are fearful of and do that instead. Just some thoughts. I hope not presumptuous and offered only with love, respect and without judgement.

Thanks for the kind words! :) Me being here is outside of my comfort zone, and what I was fearful of--I moved 10 hours away, I didn't know anyone except one person, had high hopes, and wanted it all. Now I'm realizing I may not be able to have it all. The exact opposite (moving back home) would suck, but would afford me more job opportunities. However, I'm not ready to give up on why I moved here. So just gotta keep on going and searching and hoping. I did have two interviews so far with another company, so who knows, that could work out.

Nope! We haven't bothered to look really, as nobody has shown any interest in our house up to this. Still don't really expect them to make an offer

chin up Sam...years ago, I took a stab and moved 14 hours away from home, I only knew one person there as well. It took me quite a long time to find a job-I finally found one though!

My boss told me that the big boss doesn't like how things are going back here and it has nothing to do with me or him, in which case it's the night guy...which really doesn't surprise me, he's a disaster and is not doing his job right as far as I can tell...OI VEH!

Yeah, in a way we'd be happy to stay as we do love our house. We decided to move for many good reasons though and since we have decided it'd be good to get it over with rather than being in limbo
