How many times a day do you shower?

I'm a twice a day girl.....my whole family is.....and until the last year or so I thought everyone showered twice a day! I do live in northern Australia though which is quite hot and sticky...and that may be why.

If you shower once a day, do you do it in the morning or at night?

Surely thats not good for your skin? getting rid of all those oils etc?

Just once every other day is fine for me! Used to be in the evenings but now i do it around when i wake up.

I have beautiful skin.....so it definitely has no adverse affect on skin. I stay out of the sun though so that may help.

Sorry i meant washing my hair every other day but shower once every day ye, it's probably the only thing that stops me feeling like a zombie.

I take a shower before bed, and a quick one to wet my hair in the morning.. so 1.5 showers a day.

Normally once a day, but when it gets really hot here I often shower 3 times a day.

once in the morning. unless i go running/work outside/etc, then i shower in the evening as well.

Always in the morning. If it's a day when I can work out first thing, I usually just shower once...but if I can't work out until later in the day it will be twice.

Every morning, night too if I've done any frantic exercise - if I'm in a bad mood with my hubby, won't bother.

Always first thing in the morning because I hate starting my day feeling unclean. As everybody else said, I'll take another if necessary (i.e., after excercise, after a hockey game, after anything of similar nature to these but BEFORE getting into the hot tub).

Also, sometimes with a couple people in the work place I often feel like I need to go home and take a shower just because their scent alone makes me feel nasty.
