Are you sure you didn't like it? I don't know, I usually use the term 'meh' to refer to something I am totally indifferent about or care so little about that I would look at it or listen to it once and then discard it and probably not ever see it or listen to it again. I think your writeup and star rating merit more than just 'meh'.

i just want to know why he is so passionate against something so insignificant and something that he has no control over in the grand scheme of things. is his life that mundane that he has to scold and belittle people on a message board for downloading music?? i have no real position on the issue but i'm merely wondering what his problem is.

Give us a good review of the record. We haven't really gotten a good one from a real fan yet.

You really can't blame people for doubting you when you haven't given any real description or analysis of any of the songs, other than what's available in 30 second clips.

Some people's views are just stuck in the past. Illegal downloading is a reality, most bands have realised this, and are working on other ways to make money.

you came here writing a "review" of a record that no one else has heard yet. what do you want us to discuss with you? especially because you didn't give us any new or insightful information.

SolarWorld - I have a couple of questions for you. First of all - what have you done for yourself or for anyone else by making the statements you've made? You have failed to better yourself, or right the wrongs that you seem to believe are around here, but have succeeded at putting people down.. I'd call that purposeless, and if you have no purpose in what you say or what you do, what's the point?
Second, you seem to be living by a set of double-standards.. you call people infantile, and you also call them moronic and dirt bags. Huh?
Finally - I personally (and I would imagine many others on here have as well) pre-ordered the album on vinyl and on CD, and if I see it on a torrent site, I will download it. Frankly, I see no reason to pass judgment on people as 'awful people' when they have full intentions of supporting the band. I am not taking any profit (or even potential profit) away from the band from my downloading of their album before-hand... and that's even if it WERE leaked, which it's not.

In the case of a possible Backspacer leak, which is what we were discussing here, I think most of us did pay for that music.

what dont you get? we have all bought the album. some of us multiple times even. and dont give me that bullshit about seeding torrents...anyone who wants to pay for the album will.
