A leak is not the person who is dowloading's fault.
That has to be the most moronic statement about downloading music illegally I have ever seen.0 -

Well that's because you're choosing to view it as a black or white situation.
What if I have bought the CD through 10C and will also buy the vinyl version. Then I'll also pay 2 bucks for track through the Rock Band store. Does that also make me a dirt bag if I download a leaked version?
In a word. Yes. If they wanted you to have it now, you would have it now. This selfish entitlement attitude is ridiculous. Not to mention most music and everything else these days uses bittorrent. The minute you have downloaded enough you are then seeding to the next person and so on and so on. How do you know if those people "pre-ordered". You don't and you end up contributing to the distribution. Grow up and wait for the release. If you can't afford $10 for an album you have bigger problems you should be dealing with.0 -

That's funny considering you've managed to call someone 'moronic' and a 'dirt bag' all in the same thread. Hello kettle, I'm pot.24 years old, mid-life crisis

 I did say I was purchasing the album at least three times so don't know where your $10 comment comes from. You do have a point on the bittorrent seeding though.....2003: San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Seattle; 2005: Monterrey; 2006: Chicago 1 & 2, Grand Rapids, Cleveland, Detroit; 2008: West Palm Beach, Tampa; 2009: Austin, LA 3 & 4, San Diego; 2010: Kansas City, St. Louis, Columbus, Indianapolis; 2011: PJ20 1 & 2; 2012: Missoula; 2013: Dallas, Oklahoma City, Seattle; 2014: Tulsa; 2016: Columbia, New York City 1 & 2; 2018: London, Seattle 1 & 2; 2021: Ohana; 2022: Oklahoma City0 -

At the end of the day, you will have those who will download AND pay, and those who will just download. The date it leaks doesn't make a blind bit of difference because it will be available for free when the album gets released anyway. Your views are as antiquated as the music industry's.0 -

2. People who defend stealing music ---> Morons
