why am I bothering? This is pointless now anyway I suppose...

Just makes me wonder why I should respect a band that clearly has no respect for me. I'm gonna go buy a metallica or a tool membership and waste my free time their forums...

All I can say is that if Radiohead isn't playing ACL I am going to be sorely disappointed in all the summer concert series....

horseshit... I've had enough of chasing after this band.. why do I need to put my life on hold and spend the precious little vacation I have to travel and see this band... not to mention the money.. enough already...

At this point, it's what I'm hoping for. I just wish this band would actually come back down in a reasonable amount of time. I've been planning for the Alpine Valley thing for a while, so I'm not terribly upset, but it really is getting ridiculous. I'm still holding back on saying it's pointless to post here almost daily, but I'll give that a little bit more time. I haven't lost all hope, yet..

I can't speak for everyone, but I've been in both those places (and more) w/regard to PJ.

When I get disgusted or disappointed, I usually take a step away from the band, the boards, the chatter. I don't listen to their music for a while. Then, when I decide to sample some PJ again, it's actually a sweet taste and reminds me of why I've hung in here w/ them all these years. Ask LukinFan. Before this spring and all the PJ20 stuff, I would just drop-by the forum every so often to shoot him a PM and get the latest scoop or his take on rumors.

I keep my 10C membership up-to-date, but I'm not as rabid as I once was. Maybe that makes me an inconsistent fan, but it helps me keep in perspective that I have my life and they have theirs. If our paths intersect somewhere, then it will be a grand old time. And, if they don't: it's not personal; it's just business.

Of course, that final thought is usually preceded by a "fuck 'em. I don't need 'em anyway". ;)

I've accepted no one is coming down here. I don't think I'd visit Florida either. Orlando is a bunch of fair-weather douche bags further encircled by rednecks, illegal immigrants and Mickey Mouse. Im moving

Lot's of love! Play the South, I'd love to road trip from Dallas, and finally see Atlanta and some Florida shows. At this point I'd take anything within a half day drive though.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

Still a 12 hour drive from me. Would usually love the road trip, but don't have time for it now. I need Houston/Dallas or it's nothing this year.

I do not expect any South or Texas dates on this announcement and I won't be mad if there are none. I am expecting this to be PJ20 and Canada so I am not building myself up to be disappointed. If this was an album tour, that would be different.
