    Yep, just can't get over how little they care about touring and promoting their new album. Very disappointed :( But still hoping I am wrong :)

    Are we getting something out of this all-encompassing trip?

    Seems my preconceptions are what should have been burned...

    sounds like PJ is going to play lollapalooza.... which means that an ACL headline slot is probably in the cards based on the recent laziness of 3C and their double booking of artists the last few years...

    sigh.... seems like we'll never get a show in Houston...

    contractual blocks being put on my city by festivals on either side.... I mean, I get the ACL block... but the Voodoofest block seems a little extreme to me as it's a fucking 6 hour drive on a good day...

    you'd never know that population houston > 2 x population (Austin+New Orleans)...for a city of 7 million people you'd think we'd be on somebody's tour itinerary...

    Why not? They still get paid for both shows don't they?

    Gives them more time to get their ACL taping done...

    plus, most importantly, it allows 3C to only have to sort out the terms and conditions for a major headliner once for both Lolla and ACL instead of twice for different artists... saves them a bunch work and legal fees...

    Texas. Any major city will do. Houston is way overdue though, and Austin is always fun to visit. Although us Dallas people would be happy to host another sellout crowd. :D
