I'm going to be in Tampa the end of june for a wedding... well technically St. Pete's, but we fly into tampa...
What do you think the odds are.... ?
I actually saw Brad in some really small club in St. Pete back in 1998.

I'm not as worried about the Albany rumor. After ten years without a PJ show in AZ, you've just gotta keep hoping.
If they're playing places like Hartford and Albany, you know the tour is going to be in the northeast... these places are the "inbetween" stops for places like Boston, New York, Philly, DC...
just watch...
Nevermind that Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, Houston have 10 times the population (each)...
Sigh. So on KEGL 97.1 Dallas tonight Cindy Skull announces that the line up for BFD is being announced tomorrow.
Then she goes on to ask if Pearl Jam will headline and to find out tomorrow.
If only. I'd be completely floored if they played this show. I'll tune in for giggles.

The main reason I'm not getting worked up about this tour talk is 2010:
Opened the tour in New Orleans (festival), then flew away to the midwest and northeast. They were driving distance from Houston, Atlanta, northern Florida...but jetted right back to the same 'ol places. History tells us that they'll play Chicago, New York, Boston, Hartford, Philly, maybe even LA, Seattle, then fly down for a 1 night stand in New Orleans before heading back home.
I think being overlooked for 10 years has made us all rightfully cynical. It would surprise me much more to get shows down here than it would to get passed up. I actually don't get excited about tour rumors anymore and expect to get passed up. The disappointment time and time again just wore me thin. I guess I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised this time around.

I think at best the whole South will get 2 more on top of that, probably 1 in Texas and 1 in Charlotte or Florida. :fp:
